Historic Meharry Publications

The MMC Archives maintain school catalogues and publications dating to 1881, five years after Meharry's founding as a department of Central Tennessee College. Many of these publications are now available here online. Currently, Catalogues and Announcements (1881-1912, with some gaps) and Meharry News (alumni newsletter, 1902-1920, with gaps) are available, as well as other, related publications.

Meharry News

The Meharry News began publishing in 1902, and available issues are published here as they become available. Content includes updates about the development of the college, personal and professional information about alumni, and progress toward fundraising goals. Issues are arranged by year, as volume numbers are inconsistent.
